The Beyond Boundaries Workshop is designed to cultivate essential skills that drive team success in today’s fast-paced environment. This immersive two-day retreat combines structured activities with collaborative learning to create a truly transformative experience.

The aim and the purpose of this activity is to let the people have a clear picture of how to build a successful business. From having a business plan, calculations, sufficient business knowledge and also a strong organization. It also allows you to imagine and practice what you have learned from building replica sandcastles to building a strong business in life.

Program Objective

  • This team building activity aims to establish a sense of mutual and a trust and a greater awareness of the importance of teamwork.

  • It aims to help members to assess critical factors in team tasks.

  • It aims to help members further develop clear and effective communication skills.

  • Re-establishes team bonding.

  • The rationale behind these objectives is that key members of the participating organization will transfer the skills they acquire during the two-day workshop to their peers and colleagues in their respective departments.

This two-day workshop is thoughtfully designed to provide a balance of interactive activities, strategic discussions, and reflective sessions. Each element is crafted to maximize engagement and deliver practical insights that participants can apply in their work environments.

Day 1

  • Vision and Goals: Participants will explore their aspirations, both individually and as a team, to define a shared vision for success.

  • The Sandcastle Challenge: Teams will collaborate to build creative, three-dimensional sandcastles, symbolizing the importance of unity, strategy, and execution in achieving a shared goal.

  • Team Movie Session: A thought-provoking film followed by a group discussion to draw lessons and insights relevant to organizational dynamics.

Day 2

  • One Goal Vision: A focused activity where participants create a vision board, pinpointing the key goal they aim to achieve together.

  • Mind Mapping: A reflective session to analyze past achievements and chart a roadmap for future objectives.

  • Wrap-Up & Action Plan: The workshop concludes with a guided session to translate learning into actionable strategies, ensuring lasting impact.

  • A deposit of 50% is required upon confirmation of booking.

  • Remaining balance is due 7 days before the event start date.
